The Company is mainly engaged in the application  of laser industry technology and equipment manufacturing, mainly for the application and technological innovation of laser products such as laser metal welding, laser metal cutting and  laser metal  surface cleaning, laser marking, etc.  At the same time, it acts as an agent of Henkel Loctite products, and solves various bonding, fixing, gap filling and heat dissipation  solutions for customers.
 

 

 

 Laser technology has found extensive and crucial applications in the fields of electronics and semiconductors.  

 

One significant application is laser micromachining. It enables the precise fabrication of microstructures and components on semiconductor wafers, such as microchips and integrated circuits. This process allows for high-resolution and highly accurate patterns to be created, which are essential for the performance and miniaturization of electronic devices. Laser annealing is another important use. It helps improve the electrical properties of semiconductor materials by modifying the crystal structure, thereby enhancing the performance and reliability of electronic components. Laser marking is widely used in electronics and semiconductors for marking serial numbers, logos, and other identification information on components and devices, providing traceability and anti-counterfeiting measures.
